After graduating from the Business Administration Department of Boğaziçi University in 1984, I began my professional career as an assistant auditor at Ernst & Young. My career in the private sector continued until 1999, when I established my own accounting and consultancy firm.

Since 1999, I have worked closely with domestic and international investors, company executives, and employees on a wide range of services, including company formations, financial management, accounting, reporting, foreign trade, auditing, tender preparation, project consulting, taxation, corporate law, labor law, EDP/computer systems, and other commercial and business matters. These long-term collaborations have continued successfully over the years.

Throughout my career, I have worked with reputable companies in both the Turkish and international markets across various sectors such as construction, trade, manufacturing, technology, maritime transportation, logistics, hospitality, media, and music—and I continue to do so. I have also assisted clients in establishing companies both in Turkey and abroad, with a particular focus on the United Kingdom.

With over 30 years of experience in the business world, I have observed that advancing technology—especially since the global pandemic—has significantly transformed business practices. Interactive communication tools and digital collaboration have not only reshaped how business is conducted but have also introduced significant advantages and efficiencies.
